Sergio Zyman is the reason I got started and interested in marketing. After reading his first book a few years ago, The End of Marketing As We Know It, the way you think about marketing will change how you approach everything in your business or how you view marketing.
Sergio was the former Chief Marketing Officer for Coca-Cola and was responsible for growing the company from 9 billion to something like over 15 billion cases of product per year. The video below is a short snippet of him sharing some of his thoughts. I wish I could round up some more videos of him, as he is THE reason I do what I do today.
