There are dozens of different pay-per-click (PPC) companies that offer advertising. The big 3 (Google, Yahoo, & MSN) pretty much dominate the market when it comes to the PPC industry, however, there are many companies where you can get some high-quality traffic for a great price. The key to using these companies is to test and find out if they work for you, some will – others won’t. Even if you’re advertising with the major players, some will convert or help you meet your goals much better than others.
Many people don’t know that there are alternatives to AdWords and the other big players – some can convert very well and drive you cheap traffic compared to the Big 3.
Below I have rounded up some of the largest pay per click companies – including those that are labeled as “Second” or “Third” tier companies. In addition, you will also find the minimum cost per click (CPC) and the minimum budget needed to get started.
I’m sure that there are a few that I have overlooked, so feel free to leave a note in the comments and I’ll get them added. Also, if you’ve had any experience with any of the companies, please leave a comment so that others might benefit from your experience. I hope this helps get you started when you’re trying to drive targeted, quality traffic to your site!

Dude, you have some really good articles. Why don’t you have a clear “email subscribe” or “RSS Subscribe” buttons on your blog? I would really like to get email subscription, but can’t find any link for your blog for such.
Thanks again man, I appreciate the kind words. I actually just redesigned the site and working on tweaking a few things, I’ll try and get it up and running.
we tried other ppc programs apart from Google and Yahoo, but they were not that worth in term of the traffic volumes….
