The health impact of one soft drink per day
Americans have an obsession with fitness. Whether it is exercising, eating right, going to the gym, there is a natural innate concern we possess for staying physically fit. It is amazing the lengths that we go through to obtain that ideal image that we have in our head about our appearance. What is even more amazing is how small, subtle changes in our daily behavior can have dramatic impacts on our health.
There are many of us that have a habit of drinking sugary sodas everyday, by decreasing our consumption by just one can of soda per day we can realize amazing health benefits.
