Keeping in step with their other WordPress real estate theme offerings – Gorilla Themes has just released a new theme catering to real estate professionals and realty businesses. Designed for either the real estate agents looking for a blog to help their marketing efforts, or with a page layout for those looking for a total site solution – AgentPress is by far the most advanced WordPress real estate theme on the market. I just recently came across OIO Publisher, a powerful solution for managing ads on a standalone site – or on a site that uses WordPress.

The product itself is full of features and is very simple to use and set up.

My Awesome New 24″ Dell S2409W – Full HD & 1080p

by Jeremia on September 23, 2009

Just wanted to share my experience with my new Dell 24″ monitor. This was a birthday present, and it’s really awesome to work on! My previous monitor was a 20″ non-widescreen that I had been using and the new one blows it out of the water!

In addition to having a lot more screen real estate to work with, I can now pull up spreadsheets, email, and browsers side-by-side without the need need for another monitor. It makes using Excel and design programs much easier because you can see everything on one screen. Although I haven’t use it yet, it also has built-in HD so you can watch video and movies in high-definition.

The costs are relatively inexpensive ($0.05 per click as I write this) my experience so far has been that the types of people that visit stay briefly and move on – which is natural given the model upon which StumbleUpon is built.

Seth Godin argues the Internet has ended mass marketing and revived a human social unit from the distant past: tribes. Founded on shared ideas and values, tribes give ordinary people [...]
