Dual monitors boost your productivity
Recently me and a couple of the guys I work with all upgraded to using dual monitors. Previously, we had all been using 20″ screens for the work we did. We could just as easily have upgraded our existing monitors to larger models, but the IT guys assured me that what I/we really needed was a dual monitor set up.
The impact of smoking on your time
There are multitudes of ways that smoking impacts your life. It is amazing how smoking just one pack of cigarettes per day consumes your time. Although you may be doing other things while you are smoking, most smokers allot certain time periods to smoke (cigarette breaks, going outside, etc.).
The time you spend smoking takes a significant chunk out of the available time that we have each day.
